As the 6th President of the International Board of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (IBSES), I am pleased to welcome you to our new website. IBSES is proud to serve as the sponsoring organization of the triennial International Congress of Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ICSES), bringing together a truly global community of shoulder and elbow specialists.
